1. Scope and contact
Averis Ventures, an independently operated project operates this website and Signal Cuts. Signal Cuts is currently used only with the operator’s own Google/YouTube account. It does not offer public registration or connect other people’s accounts.
For support, privacy questions, or requests to access, correct or delete information, email tomorrowerrormedia@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or other authentication secrets.
2. Website visitors
This website does not set its own cookies or include analytics tools, advertising trackers, sign-in forms or embedded videos.
The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When it is hosted there, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, request details and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Its services may use cookies or similar technologies for security. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its practices and retention. We do not claim that the hosting provider collects no information.
If you email us, your email address and message are processed by our email provider and used to respond to your enquiry. Links to other websites are subject to those services’ privacy practices.
3. Google and YouTube information
Signal Cuts uses YouTube API Services. The connection requests these permissions:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload— upload approved videos and their titles, descriptions and selected settings.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly— verify the connected channel and read video details, upload inventory, processing, visibility and supported video settings.
Signal Cuts accesses channel and video identifiers, video metadata, upload and publication information, and settings returned by YouTube. It also handles authorization credentials, granted permissions and expiry information needed to maintain the connection. Video files and the information supplied for publishing are sent to Google when an upload is authorized.
The connection does not request Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or YouTube Analytics access. Signal Cuts does not receive your Google password. See the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
4. How information is used and shared
Google/YouTube information is used to identify the correct channel, upload authorized videos, check their publication status, recover interrupted uploads and prevent duplicate actions. Connecting an account does not itself authorize publication.
The operator and expressly authorized service providers or assistants may access information necessary to provide, maintain and support these features. Google/YouTube receives the information needed for the requested YouTube functions. With separate authorization, public video links and necessary related details may be shared with a third-party service. Google credentials are not included in that sharing.
Signal Cuts does not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising. Any authorized use by an assistant or service is limited to the purposes described here and subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This is not a claim of Google endorsement or verification.
5. Security and retention
Access to private information is restricted. Google credentials are encrypted in private storage and are not part of this public website. Information is sent to Google through encrypted connections. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained only as needed for the authorized service and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Credentials are retained while needed for an authorized connection. Our policy requires applicable stored YouTube API information to be refreshed or deleted within 30 days, subject to YouTube’s permitted exceptions.
Retention and deletion are managed manually. Historical copies are not automatically removed when a connection expires or is disabled. A deletion request includes review of those retained copies; we do not promise an automatic cleanup or self-service deletion facility. Records created independently of Google, such as original video files, may have different retention needs, subject to applicable deletion requirements.
6. Access, deletion and revocation
Request access, correction or deletion by emailing tomorrowerrormedia@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or record, without sending authentication secrets. Requests are handled manually and may require confirmation that you are entitled to the information.
YouTube requires requested deletion of applicable stored user data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Our deletion policy follows that requirement. Revoking access through Signal Cuts also requires associated authorized-data deletion within seven calendar days. Revocation through Google’s settings requires related API-data cleanup as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days under YouTube’s rules. These are deletion obligations, not a statement that an automatic deletion system is in place.
You can review or revoke access in Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase information already stored by Signal Cuts; retained information must also be removed through the deletion process.
Deleting information held by Signal Cuts does not delete videos or other information held by YouTube. Manage that information through YouTube or another supported, separately authorized service.
7. Policy changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date above identifies this version. Broader account access or a public registration service would require a review of this policy and the relevant permissions.
